Tortoiseshell Farms, LLC reserves the right to change or modify any or all of these terms of use at any time.
We also reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.
All of our prices are in USD and do not include tax nor shipping charges. These will be applied at check out.
ORDERS
All orders are created, packed and shipped from Glendale Arizona 85304.

General processing time is normally within 2 business days, however, during peak times or in case of Mother Nature, it may take longer.

If the shop is closed for any reason (visiting the grandkids, personal emergencies, etc.) we will post a notice on the home page to that effect and our expected date of return.
SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped via USPS, using the least expensive way to get to you in a timely fashion. Orders with more than 2 products will be using USPS Priority Mail. That means that it should get to you in 2-3 days after Post Office acceptance and you will receive your tracking number at that time.

If you need expedited shipping, please choose Next Day, or whichever premium service suits your deadline.

Ensure that when you place your order that you have the correct shipping address. We cannot guarantee that we can correct the address, once the order is placed. Correct shipping addresses are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be replaced or refunded. Verify your address in the order confirmation, please.

At this time we are not able to process international shipping.
How to keep your soap longer and fresher.
How to help your soap last longer:
1. Keep it in a dry place. Let it thoroughly dry between uses.
2. Consider purchasing a soap bag, or an organza bag to place your soap in. You can use it instead of a loofah or washcloth and then hang it up to dry.
3. Consider purchasing a soap dish to display your soap in that will keep it elevated out of standing water.
Exchanges & Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are normally unable to accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with any product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Mistakes happen and we will do everything within our power to ensure your satisfaction. We most often just replace the item and let you dispose of the incorrect item or gift it to someone else.
If your item is damaged in shipping, please email info@tortoiseshellfarms.com with DAMAGED as the subject and include a picture of the damaged item(s) and package. This must be done in 30 days after delivery. Upon receipt, we will send a return postage label to you so that you can return to us. Only new, unopened items may be returned.
If you decide you don't like your purchase, we suggest gifting it to a friend!
SALE ITEMS - Only regularly priced items may be refunded.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to assist you.
If your order has been processed for shipping, we will not be able to provide you a refund.
