USPS Delays

    Effective Oct 1, 2021

The USPS has announced a jump in the holiday season shipping rates, and also will be slowing down their delivery of packages due to increased volumes.  This impacts all First Class packages and all Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express packages.

USPS Priority Mail normally takes 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and will be slowing to at least 5 business days.  First Class packages may take up to 14 business days during peak holiday times.  (Overnight USPS Priority Express packages are no longer guaranteed to arrive overnight.)

If your tracking number has not updated after 10 business days, please contact us with your order number, and we can assist in finding your package.
